The first edition of Tales Of Britain, featuring 77 stories from Wales, Scotland, England and The Isles, all retooled for 21st century audience of all kinds, was published by Unbound – after a long and legendary crowd-funding project – in Spring 2019! Packed with not just fresh, funny folktales, but also tourist guides for every tale, and a special map and story key for all the yarns, from Robin Hood, King Arthur and Merlin, Dick Whittington, Three Pigs and Three Bears, Jack the Giant Killer, King Leir and Macbeth, to legends of less famous heroes like Molly Whuppie and Jack O’Kent! Unbound only offer brief print runs, so it’s no longer possible to buy a completely new copy of that original edition, but click the book cover to see if there are any available! In the meantime, we’re working on the deluxe, fully illustrated edition with over 100 stories included… Any sane publishers out there, just get in touch!
Tales of Britain is also available in AUDIO FORM! Exclusively on Audible, two volumes of stories have been released so far, as performed by Brother Bernard himself, complete with tourist guides and very very silly voices! The ongoing mission to have every single of the 100+ folktales all available in audio form is a huge undertaking, but continues apace! For now, simply click on the Volume links here to enjoy the first 40-odd episodes…
